The aim of implementing Reporting- and Compliance systems is the reduction of manual interaction and increase transparency. Almost always this causes these projects to fail while overshooting on budget. To avoid this, it is pivotal to have an impartial and experienced partner by your side that can balance between aspiration and the achievable.
